DXN was founded by Dr. Lim Siow Jin, a graduate from the famed Indian Institute of Technology. Dr. Lim has a deep interest in mushrooms and their relationship with human health. To understand this relationship better, Dr. Lim travelled far and wide in search of The King of all Herbs-Lingzhi. After more than twenty years of research and scientific analysis, Dr. Lim finally perfected his method of growing and processing Lingzhi into many products for healthy everyday use. Stringent quality control is incorporated into every aspect of the manufacturing process, resulting in high quality DXN products, which are manufactured in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant plants. In 1999, DXN was certified compliant with the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice for Therapeutic Goods. Additionally, GMP is observed as recommended by the Malaysian Health Authority. DXN is also certified to the International Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System Standards (ISO 14001) by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
